At Handwoven By Bharat, every order is prepared with care before it leaves our hands. Please read the following to understand what to expect after placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Multiple Shipments
On occasion, items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on inventory location. You will receive separate tracking information for each package at no additional charge.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For orders shipped outside of Canada, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to predict or control these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High shipping volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs processing for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at Handwovenbybharat@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
