We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece at Handwoven By Bharat. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer


Handmade & Natural Variation Policy

All our products are handblock printed and crafted by skilled artisans. As a result, subtle variations in print placement, color tone, and texture are a natural and celebrated characteristic of our products — not defects.


Returns will not be accepted on the basis of:

  • Natural print or color variation
  • Minor irregularities inherent to handmade processes
  • Slight differences from product photography due to dye lot or screen color variation


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Handwovenbybharat@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. Contact us at Handwovenbybharat@gmail.com if you need assistance.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production or transit and cannot be modified or cancelled.
